About AWANA

Awana is a global, nonprofit ministry with fully integrated evangelism and long-­term discipleship programs that actively involves parents and church leaders. Each week, more than 2 million children and youth, 330,000 volunteers and 260 field staff take part in Awana in 30,000 churches around the world. Offered through local churches, Awana reaches kids where they’re at and walks alongside them in their faith journey.

Engaging Bible Lessons – Affirmation & Encouragement From Adult Leaders
Exciting Games – Positive Relationships With Other Clubbers
Bible Memorization – Awards & Recognition for Accomplishments
Each week, clubbers should bring their Bibles and Awana handbooks. To help offset the cost of this ministry, clabbers are asked to bring in $.50 each club night. Please leave additional toys and electronic devices at home.
In addition to wearing their uniforms, we recommend that children attending Awana wear comfortable clothing, long pants and gym shoes in order to participate in the activities held on a typical evening. Some games will be difficult to participate in if wearing skirts, heels, flip-flops, sandals, dress shoes, etc.
For special theme nights, your child may be asked to bring in a certain item(s) or wear something special. Theme nights are listed on the calendar sent home
