Bible Text: 2nd Corinthians 1:12-24 | Preacher: Darryl Palmer | Series: 2nd Corinthians | We should be careful not to make promises we can’t keep. The apostle Paul had a switch-up in his plans to go to Corinth and his adversaries there are making hay with his cancellation of that promised trip. Their evil plan to discredit Paul and his right to proclaim the Gospel begins to unfold in 2nd Corinthians. We are reminded that God’s Word and promises always come to pass. This should bring a hearty “Amen” from all who know God to be trustworthy.
