Bible Text: 2 Corinthians 2: 1-17 | Preacher: Darryl Palmer | Series: 2nd Corinthians | In 2 Corinthians Chapter 2, Paul began with an explanation of how much he loved them and this was the motivation to not come visit immediately. He felt as though his previous visit may have made the people at Corinth sad and he wanted them to know that it was not his intention with this letter. He also wanted them to forgive someone in their congregation who had repented. It was now time to take him back and show that they love him. Paul also defended his apostleship. He also taught that we Christians are the sweet “aroma” of Christ.
