If God is acting unilaterally, fashioning each & all according to His own will & purpose, would that not remove the reason & basis for judging mankind based on their human choices.  The answer is NO.  Man is accountable for his choices.  This is part 2 where the focus is on the status of all mankind in God’s eyes: either as an “object” (or vessel) of wrath, or as an object of mercy.
